Lexus Concern, after a long break, again occupied the title of the most reliable car manufacturer. The American Organization of JD Power and Associates conducted a survey among 31 thousand owners of Lexus cars in 2009 it was found that 100 Lexus accounts for 86 complaints about the problem.
Until 2009, the the manufacturer for a long – term ,14 years, remained a leader in the reliability of their models, while the Japanese are not ahead of Buick and Jaguar, which happened three years ago.
In the survey this year, Lexus became the leader, thanks to the sedan LS – a hundred cars had 72 defects. And in the other segments the winners were Lexus RX 350 and Lexus ES 350, which divided the championship with Lincoln MKZ.
Totally the organization J.D. Power and Associates examined the cars of 32 brands. As it turned out, 25 of them improved the quality of their cars, compared with the results of the last year, one company has remained at the same position, and the other six brands showed the worst results.
It should be noted that according to the research firm, the average damage is 132 per one hundred cars, which is 13% less than in 2011. And in 2007 these data were more than 216 faults.
