The Dutch company Donkervoort, dealing with the construction of sport cars in Lelystad (The Netherlands), has officially introduced its new model GTO.

New GTO is larger in dimensions than the previous models of Donkervoort brand. Particularly, the model is 35 cm longer and 15 inches wider than GT coupe and Roadster D8 270RS. However, the weight of the vehicle is quite small – 700 kg.

The engine of the vehicle has been developed in close collaboration with Audi. It is based on the 2.5-liter 5-cylinder of TFSI, its figures for GTO are 340 hp and 450 Nm. And there is a switch on the dashboard of the sport car, which increases the engine power to 400 hp. For the first time in the Donkervoort car will be installed traction control system, which the automaker recommends to use only in the rain.

The new GTO will cost between € 100 000 € 150 000, excluding taxes. The company has already found buyers for the first batch of cars, which is slated for next summer.

It’s worth having, just gorgeous!
aggressive and glamourous!
This vehicle is hideous IMO. Also very under powered. My 4 cylinder 2.0 alltrac has more horse power and cost a fraction of the price. Goes to show some people will over pay for anything that’s new. Far from a super car.
Looks like a buffed up Caterham with lambo doors
