The Hyundai Company is preparing a new mono cab, which will be called ix30. This model will be a step higher than the little sub compact van ix20, but it will be based on the platform of the new generation of hatchback i30.

Apparently, the new Hyundai ix30 will get three rows of the seats that can be added or adjusted separately. In other words this model will compete with Renault Scenic, Opel Zafira, Ford Grand C-MAX and other midsize seven – seat mono cabs. Well and under the hood of the car will be the petrol engines of 1.6 liters and the diesel ones of the same volume.
It is not excluded that the premiere of the new car will be held in March at the Geneva Auto Show, and by the end of the current year the model will go on sale.
